Yum!

Raspberry chocolate almond coffee cake:
Instead of planning menus and shopping weekly for them, I keep a good stock of food on hand so that there are always options of things to make for dinner. On a routine basis, this system works quite well. But when a big move pops up out of the blue, and the freezer and pantry are well -stocked, what does one do?
Cook.
And eat.
A lot.
Attending potlucks and having people over helps, too.
Hopefully the amount of work being done to accomplish said move balances out the calories!
