...Crockpot Chicken Taco recipe that sounds like it would be good, as well as easy! The Crock Pot is still a good friend these days. Probably will be the rest of the years the kids are at home, with extracurricular activities, etc. complicating the schedule.
I need (want?) to try out a dessert recipe for an event that's coming up, but don't need to eat it!!!

The weather has been quite "springy" this week and is predicted to even approach 70 in a few days, which is all fine and good, and makes a lot of people happy, I know. But am also thinking for about the 10th year in a row, our fruit trees are not going to have fruit. Grrrr.
