One thing that our line of work has afforded us in the past, is many opportunities to take and discuss an assortment of personality tests with the various people we have worked with, and learn a lot about others, working with them, why they make the choices and decisions they do (and the ones we make ourselves as well). Please Understand Me is a book with the Myers-Briggs temperament test and some detailed explanation of the results. In my opinion, everyone should take some time to study something like this and learn about others. It gives greater understanding and compassion for others.
