Phew, it's over!

The garage sale has come and went. It was a community-wide event and we heard multiple comments that is was not as well-participated in - fewer sellers and fewer shoppers - as it has been some years. It went OK. We got rid of some things. We decided to haul it into Geoff's work location and have one again in a few weeks now that all is priced and ready to go. It is in a neighborhood where he feels like we would get more traffic and do better selling all the children's clothes. Grandma was a tremendous help in distracting the children - ours and all the neighbors (who thought we needed their help).

Here are "Sacajawea," "Pocahontas," and "Kaya" gathering "berries" and other necessities for their fort. "Lewis" and "Clark" are literally bush-whacking in the second photo. I don't know what kind of bush they are in, but it grows so dense and woody, that they were climbing in/on/over it.

Here are the strawberry banana pancakes. (We had them again!)
