March of the Tools #2

These are the best knives - and so reasonably priced, too! They are from RADA. That bread knife has been used on an almost daily basis for many (10?) years, and the other one, called a "Stubby Butcher" I believe, is used multiple times a day, every day. I could almost get by with these two knives alone and they cost less than $10 altogether at the time they were purchased several years ago.



We do have tools around here that are not related to cooking, and I will try to move on to those, but cooking happens every day so those tools are the ones on my mind!
